Oversize file contains Oakville Place material, including 4 aerial maps on negative acetate sheets, and 8 sheets of development and land use drawings and layouts; "The Planning Context of Oakville Place" (15 leaves) - the evidence of M.L. Hancock to the O.M.B. hearing on the official plan amendments of the Town of Oakville. File includes at least two developments in Oakville: one from May, 1962 labelled alternatively 'Oakville job site' or 'Oakville apartments', which consists of 11 sheets of negatives, 13 sheets of contact prints, and 20 b&w photographs. The photos are taken of residential neighbourhoods, houses, downtown and built up areas. The second development is for Oakville Place, a shopping centre, including 4 sheets of negatives and a folder of 12 b&w photos.
